Check out www.ezyzip.com.  Lets you zip files online too, but there is no uploading/downloading of files to a server.  It runs as a java applet in the browser, so it executes locally, making it much quicker and easier to use.</description>

At public computers we generally don&#039;t have decompressing programs .....so definitely it would be most useful at public computers!</description>
