Social networking giant facebook has now launched internationally a twitter style facebook version for slow internet connections. So if you’re stuck on a slower internet connection then you must give it a try. Facebook Lite is much faster than its regular version and it is completely distraction free. Though facebook lite is a trimmed version of regular facebook site, the essential features that made facebook popular are still there.
How Facebook Lite is faster than its regular version? Actually facebook lite offers only basic features like Photos,Videos and Events. It does not include features like Chat, Notes and Groups. Also Facebook Lite doesn’t run any of the of external applications built for Facebook’s regular site.
How to enable/access facebook lite? Well to access facebook lite just head over to this page lite.facebook.com, login there with your regular facebook accounts username and password and you will be taken to your facebook lite hompage. Once you are logged in at facebook lite you don’t have to login again to access the regular facebook site.
