To obtain contacts.csv file just pass the captcha test as i mentioned in the post and then automatically a pop up window will appear that will ask you to save the contacts.csv file. Just save it. I hope you can get it done now.

You will get the captcha test when you will try downloading your contacts.csv file. Let me explain where you find this captcha test.
Follow these steps please.
1: Log in to your orkut account.
2: Now in top left corner of your orkut homepage you will see tabs like “home”, “scrapbook”, “friends.”
3: Click on friends, now look at the bottom right corner, you will see a link “export contacts”. Click on it and you will get the captcha test. After passing the test your contacts.csv download should start.

Captcha test is all about entering a text string correctly. These tests are used to get rid of bots and spammers.
