Its a popular news aggregator that extracts the top news from Digg, Delicious, Reddit, Hacker News & Yahoo Buzz, and puts them on a single webpage which gets refreshed on every 15 minutes.

At OurSignal popular stories appear bigger and the stories that are not popular will appear smaller i.e the font size of the story is proportional to the popularity of the story. Hovering on any news on OurSignal displays the URL of the story, thumbnail of the site having that story and the news aggregator from where that particular story has been taken. If you have already read  a story appearing on OurSignal then that story will be stroked through.

Stories gaining popularity are presented with a warm background colour while unpopular ones are presented with a cool background color.
