Google’s own phone called Nexus One, is a android powered smartphone, made by Taiwanese manufacturer HTC which has also manufactured T-Mobile G1, HTC Hero and T-Mobile myTouch 3G. The Google phone may arrive in market as soon as January 5 according to reports.
Gizmodo, a popular blog about gadgets and technology has revealed some of the key details of Nexus one, most importantly its price.
1: Nexus One will be available at $530 ( unsubsidized and unlocked ), $180 subsidized on the T-Mobile network with a two year contract.
2: In case you cancel your plan before 120 days, you will be charged $350 ( the subsidy difference between what you paid and the unsubsidized price) OR you may simply return the phone to Google.
3: Nexus one will soon be available at google.com/phone
4: There is a limit on buying Nexus One phones per Google account. You can only buy five Nexus One phones per Google account

Nice phone, but $200 with a 2-year ball and chain? Not sure this is much better than their current Google phone that has been advertised to death.
