Hi ian,

At present I am not aware of any software that tells you whether the IMEI is blocked or not. However, the best thing to do is to contact O2 and explain your problem. They should do something about it. Ask O2 why you can't make a call from your phone.

There is a way If at all you have backup in your pc with nokia PC Suite applicacion may be you can find it in the application data folder of the nokia pc suite:
C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\Nokia\ContentCopier\Settings_CC4.xml file (in windows 7).
                                                         OR
IMEI number will b in a .nbu file. You have to download the free program called NbuExplorer Open the nbu file, then look at the file parsing log. There you can find your IMEI number. It worked for me to find imei of Nokia N70

of the many comments and complaints of lost cell phones, I find there is none who has returned his cell phone. is it true, there are solutions that can return a lost cell phone from thieves. in order to deter the thief, who may be people we knew. I recently lost cell phone in terms of price which may not amount to much. but very annoying feeling. given the effort to buy our dream phone, which becomes very significant. please solution to be able to track the phone through the IMEI. because it is the only trace left. Please help.
