IMEI number is very important from mobiles security point of view, so if you’re having a cellphone then you should know the valid imei number assigned to that cellphone. Knowledge of this imei number of your cellphone would help you in case your cellphone is lost or stolen.
So check out these few simple methods to find out a valid imei number of your cellphone:
1: Open the battery cover on the back of your mobile phone and remove the battery. Now you can see the imei number printed on a white sticker as shown in the image. It would be 15 to 17 digit number. If you didn’t found the imei number there for your mobile phone then try the next method.

2: Turn ON your phone and press these keys *#06# on your phone’s keypad. Once all the keys are pressed, your cellphone will show up 15 digit imei number. If this did not worked for you try the third one.
3: Motorola phone users are required to press #,*, (menu) and then press the right arrow very quickly, don’t make delay between the key presses. This would display your cellphone’s imei number on the screen.
4: Check the phone’s menu if you have a SIM card. Scroll through the menu until you find IMEI or SIM ID. Press enter to display the phone’s IMEI number.
5: Now the last method goes for the older mobile phones with a SIM card. Press the right arrow key until you see imei on your screen. Press the Enter key to see the imei number. If only seven digits are shown then press the menu key and then the next key to see the remaining digits.

chineese mobiles should be banned in india. Also the mobiles like spice ,karbon. because these mobiles exhibits the same problem of chineese mobiles(these mobiles dont have valid imei number).
