Facebook sends you a notification email when someone adds you as a friend, when someone writes on your wall, comments on your post etc. Though its good to stay informed about the latest happenings at your facebook account but sometimes large number of email notifications from facebook really annoys users. So if you are among those users then here is what you can do for it.
Actually facebook allows you to manage facebook email notifications thereby enabling you to recieve the email notification for only those things in which you are interested.
So, How to manage facebook email notifications? Well you are not required to do much for this, just a simple tweak in facebook notification settings will do it for you. Follow these steps to get it done.
Step1: Click on the Settings tab that can be accessed from top right corner of any facebook page, then click on the Notifications tab.
Step2: On this Notifications page you can change the facebook email notification settings. On this page you can find various actions that involve you.(few of them are shown in the screenshot below).
If you want to get an alert for a particular action then make sure the checkbox next to that particular action is checked. On the other hand if you don’t want to get an email alert for a particular action simply uncheck the checkbox next to it. Finally click on the Save changes button at the bottom of the page.
Now after this simple tweak in settings, facebook will send you only those notifications in which you are interested.

My facebook email has been hack and also my password has been hack !

If I am not wrong then what you are saying is that your facebook account is hacked along with your email account linked to your facebook account & this means that you can’t access your email and facebook both.
