I think you should follow this..
Go to Privacy settings and edit your settings for Applications, Games and Websites (Link for this is on the bottom left hand).  Then click edit settings button in front of  &quot;Applications you use&quot;. Find the game for which you want to edit settings and then remove it. I hope this helps!</description>
