Nero’s LiquidTV Bringing TiVo To Your PC

Have you ever wanted to convert your Windows PC into a Digital video recorder?, if yes then there is a good news for you from Nero. Actually Nero has launched a LiquidTV package which you can turn your PC into a TiVo DVR. This TiVo service brings you all your favorite TV shows, ready to watch whenever you want.

With Nero’s LiquidTV package you will be able to record, pause, and watch television shows on your computer in the same way as you do it with your set-top TiVo box. But the LiquidTV package also allows transferring of shows between computers, exporting to portable devices like iPods and PlayStation, and burning to DVD too.

There are two versions in which the Nero’s LiquidTV will be available, a $200 package and a $100 package. The $200 version includes a hardware and software package (complete with a USB ASTC tuner, a portable antenna, a TiVo remote, and an IR blaster for an optional set-top box, such as a satellite receiver) while the latter one i.e $100 package includes software only and is meant for people who already have a TV tuner card and remote solution. Both versions include a year’s worth of the all-important TiVo service.
