SanDisk, the world’s largest supplier of innovative flash memory data storage products has released it’s slotMusic Player to distribute DRM free digital albums on its microSD memory cards, covering most of your top artists. Well most surprisingly it’s available on quite a cheap price of $20. SlotMusic Player is quite a simple device, you can access your tracks quite easily with it’s buttons for forward, rewind, volume,and play/pause.
Artists can put their songs on slotMusic cards along with the option of packing it with videos, images and other content while still leaving hundreds of megabytes left over for personal use.
Artists with music contained in the slotMusic format at launch include: ABBA, Chris Brown, Coldplay, Daughtry, Elvis Presley, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy buffet, Katy Perry, Keane, Kelly Clarkson, Kiss, Leona Lewis, Lynyrd Skynyrd, MIA, Nelly, New Kids On The Block, Ne-Yo, Nickelback, Pussycat Dolls, Rihanna, Rise Against, Robin Thicke, Tim McGraw, Toby Keith, Usher and Weezer.
