If you don’t like the default desktop icon size in Windows vista then here comes the two very simple tricks to resize/change the icon size in vista.
1: How to resize the vista desktop icon size to different sizes: With this method you can change the vista desktop icon size to three sizes namely medium, large, classic. For resizing the vista desktop icons make a right click in the empty portion of the desktop, then click on “view” which shows you three icon sizes namely “Large icons”, “Classic icons”, “Medium icons”. Select “Large icons” if you want to make the icon size large, similarly for medium and small desktop icon size select “Medium Icons” and “Classic Icons” respectively.
2: How to resize vista icons to any size you want: This method is the easiest one for resizing windows vista icons, all you need to do is to just hold down the “Ctrl” key and then perform scrolling either upwards or downwards for making the icon size larger or smaller respectively. With this trick you can resize the vista icons to any size you want.
