Skype, the great internet calling service will launch its services for iPhone and iPod touch on this coming tuesday and it will be available on Blackberry also in the beginning of may.

Skype’s application for iPhone will be free to download and it will allow free calls between the Skype users. But please note that the fees will be charged for calls made to traditional phones. Skype’s application will use local Wi-Fi networks to made calls, and calls to landlines will cost 2.1 cents a minute as reported by GigaOm. Also there will no calling over the 3G network.
